Stray dog ‘hijacks’ patrol car, eats officer’s beef jerky

A police officer in Texas was left in a rough situation after an unwelcome guest carjacked his patrol car and started eating all his food.

The Kilgore Police Department said it received a call of a dog running around on the streets that was possibly aggressive. When officers arrived, a pit bull was roaming about and they attempted to coax the pet into the backseat of their patrol car, but the dog decided to jump up front instead.

According to the officer, the dog became aggressive when he tried to get back into the car so they shut all the doors and waited for assistance.
