Speeding and reckless driver in custody after police use StarChase system

When an officer spotted a vehicle that was speeding and driving recklessly, a traffic stop was attempted. When the driver refused to stop, a StarChase GPS tag was deployed onto the vehicle and officers were able to track the vehicle until it came to a stop. The driver was arrested without incident. #19-283.
