Officers arrest fleeing driver, recover drugs from vehicle

When a driver decided to flee from police, a StarChase GPS tag was deployed onto the stolen vehicle. Officers were able to track the vehicle until it came to a stop and make an arrest. A vehicle search was conducted and various drugs and paraphernalia were discovered.  #19-261.
