3 in custody after troopers deploy StarChase tag on fleeing vehicle

When troopers attempted to pull over a vehicle for reckless driving, the driver refused to stop. Troopers then deployed a tag from the StarChase Vehicle Mounted Launch System and tracked the vehicle till it came to a stop. 3 suspects were taken into custody on a variety of charges, including DUI, aggravated assault, and resisting with violence.  #19-136.
