Officers arrest suspect with multiple felony warrants after vehicle refused to stop

When a driver refused to yield for police, officers deployed a StarChase GPS tag and tracked the vehicle until it came to a stop. From there, the passenger in the vehicle was arrested on multiple felony warrants. #19-093.
