Officials: State trooper injured in multi-car crash

HARRIMAN – A state trooper was injured in a multi-car crash in Orange County on Wednesday night.

Police say the crash happened just before 11:30 p.m. on the Thruway near exit 16 and the Woodbury Toll Plaza in Harriman.

First responders rushed to the scene of the smashed patrol car to assist the trooper. Sources tell News 12 that trooper’s injuries are not serious.
