Trooper partially in car during pursuit, driver tasered before being arrested

MANISTEE COUNTY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) — A traffic stop turned violent after a Michigan State Police trooper got into a struggle with a driver.
The trooper involved was attempting to make the stop near Dublin after a driver failed to dim their headlights around 8:20 p.m. Saturday.
After the trooper discovered the driver had an active felony assault warrant out of Manistee County, he told the driver he was under arrest and ordered him to get out of the car.
