Man in jail after eluding police, dragging officer, striking police K-9

CALDWELL, Idaho (CBS 2) — A man is in jail following a police chase in Caldwell.

According to a Caldwell Police press release, officers responded to a call Sunday and arrived to the 1500 block of N. Indiana where a man was severely beaten.

Witnesses gave officers a description of the truck that fled the scene.
