Eluding driver in stolen vehicle arrested after StarChase deployment

When officers with a South-West agency attempted to pull over a vehicle, the driver refused to stop. Officer deployed a StarChase tag onto the vehicle and was able to safely arrest the suspect on fleeing and vehicle theft charges. #19-015.
