Tulsa police released body-worn and dashboard camera footage of a woman who slipped out of her handcuffs and drove away in a patrol car after she was arrested for driving a reportedly stolen car.
Angie Lynn Frost, 37, was arrested in March after she was stopped driving a black Mazda 3 that had been reported stolen, according to a police officer’s affidavit.
Frost told the officer she had borrowed the vehicle from a friend, according to the affidavit. A woman had reported to police the day before that her son had taken the vehicle without permission.
